Services covered
This policy covers services ordered through khagency.cloud, including website and application development, consulting, marketing, cybersecurity, AI and automation, and managed hosting. Any agreed project-specific cancellation terms must be disclosed before payment and cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
Requesting cancellation
Email info@khagency.cloud with your order number, service name and cancellation request. The calculation uses work and services provided, and approved costs committed, up to the time we receive your request. Work performed solely after a cancellation request is not added to the deduction, except for actions you expressly request to complete a handover.
Refunds after deductions
The refundable balance is the amount paid for the cancelled service, less the documented value of completed work, services already provided and previously approved, non-recoverable third-party costs. Refunds do not exceed the amount paid.
- Before work or activation: if no work has been completed, no service has been provided and no approved non-recoverable cost has been incurred, the amount paid is refunded in full.
- After work begins: completed milestones are valued using the agreed proposal. Partially completed work is valued using documented work and the rates or milestone allocation agreed before the work began. We do not impose a new cancellation rate or an undisclosed flat penalty.
- Third-party costs: these may include domains, licences, infrastructure or advertising already purchased with your approval. A cost is deducted only to the extent it cannot be recovered. Any recovery is credited to you, and the same cost is not counted twice.
- Deposits: a deposit is part of the amount paid and is assessed under the same calculation. It is not automatically forfeited merely because it is called a deposit.
We provide an itemised explanation of any deductions and the remaining refund. If deductions equal or exceed the amount paid, no refund balance remains. This calculation does not itself authorise an additional charge.
Monthly services and managed hosting
A monthly package covers one paid service month. Managed hosting packages cover twelve months. These packages do not automatically renew through this store; any renewal is agreed separately.
When a package is cancelled, we deduct the service period already provided, documented setup or other completed work agreed in the package, and approved non-recoverable third-party costs. Time-based services are apportioned over the paid period, using the package’s agreed allocation where it separately prices setup and ongoing service. An unused period is not automatically treated as fully non-refundable.
For hosting cancellation, contact us to coordinate any required export or transfer. Keep your own copy of your website and data, and arrange replacement hosting before the agreed service end date if you want continued availability.
Service problems and cancellation by us
If a service has not been delivered as agreed, contact us with the affected deliverable and details so we can assess correction, repeat performance or a refund as appropriate. The deductions above concern customer-requested cancellation and do not limit remedies required for defective or undelivered services. If we cancel a service we cannot provide, we refund payment attributable to the undelivered service, subject to your applicable legal rights.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are initiated promptly through the original payment method where supported. Your payment provider or bank controls the time needed for funds to appear. If the original method cannot receive a refund, we agree a suitable alternative with the payer. We will never ask you to email your full card number, security code or account password.

Contact info@khagency.cloud if you disagree with a deduction or need help with a cancellation. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer protections or other rights under applicable law.
