This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit khagency.cloud, send an enquiry or purchase a service.
Information collected
- Enquiries: your name, email address, message and any project details you choose to provide through the contact form or email.
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, billing address, selected service, payment status and order notes. You may check out as a guest.
- Existing accounts: account contact details, login information and order history are used to provide account access and support.
- Technical information: website, hosting and payment systems may process IP addresses, browser/device information, session identifiers and security or delivery logs to operate and protect the service.
Please do not submit passwords, full card details or sensitive personal information through a general enquiry form.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver requested services, process orders and payments, send service communications, manage account access, handle refunds and complaints, maintain records and protect the website against misuse. Where consent is required for optional processing, you can refuse or withdraw that consent. Information required for an order or service may be needed to fulfil your request.
Website, forms and email
The website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce with Hostinger hosting. SureForms handles website enquiry submissions, and SureMail/SureContact supports email delivery. Enquiry entries and email delivery records may be stored by the website or relevant service provider. These services process information needed for their functions; authorised administrators can access records required to handle enquiries and orders.
Payments
Card payments are processed through WooPayments and its payments partner, Stripe. Payment processing may include order totals, billing/contact information, technical identifiers and fraud-prevention information. Raw card numbers and security codes are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in this website’s order database. Payment references and, where saved payments are used, tokenised identifiers and limited card details can be associated with an order or account.

Cookies and external content
Cookies and similar storage support website sessions, account access, carts, security and payment functionality. SureCookie provides choices for optional categories. Retention
The store currently has no automatic expiry or deletion schedule for customer accounts or order records; those records remain until manually deleted or anonymised. Enquiry entries, correspondence and delivery logs may also remain in the relevant systems. We assess removal requests individually, including records needed for an active service, accounting, legal obligations or a dispute. Backups and provider-held records may follow separate retention cycles.

You can also ask about withdrawing consent or objecting to optional processing. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that a request concerns your own data. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any recordkeeping obligations.

Use the website’s secure checkout for payments. Do not email passwords or card security codes. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices; review their notices before submitting information to them.
